The customer service was on point. And it smelt amazing there like always.
There used to be a separate way to pick up online orders so that you could avoid a line…I did an online pickup and took my 2 year old with me to pick it up (it was maybe 12 hand soaps that were on sale). It was a Monday morning, and I didn’t realize that there was the Nightmare Before Christmas drop. I was told to wait in line and saw that even after being there only 15 minutes after the store opened, the line went all the way through the store.
