mistreated by a black cashier, but all the other women was very pleasant and nice, the black cashier had a very stank attitude and she looked like a older woman like why are you working at bath and body works at that big age and also I noticed that the coconut pineapple fragrance is similar to another coconut fragrance I already have and I was disappointed, it also smells like clay but less of the tropical notes I guess it's the coconut note that's too overpowering and I don't like it at all and there's no new plugin refills... read more
I haven’t been to a Bath and Body Works in while, but I was in need for new candles for the season. Jamie was so attentive, friendly and well knowledgable. She took my preferences into consideration and I now have a a stock that will last me through the Summer. Thank you Jamie!
I highly recommend going to another location. This store takes forever to have online orders ready. They made a ridiculous excuse on why it’s taking so long. If you have that many orders why would you let two people stand by the front and just chatting to each other. If they running that behind shouldn’t they be helping getting orders ready?
