I work at the mall and always go to this location to buy last minute gift shopping. I went in with my mom 10 minutes before closing and all employees were very helpful, nice, friendly and even gave us extra time to pick an add on for buy 2 get 1 free.

I visited Bath & Body Works recently and had a great experience thanks to Mars. She was very helpful while I was browsing, even checking prices for me when I wasn’t sure. Two of the fragrances I bought were missing lids, and when I asked at the till, I didn’t get much help. But before I left, Mars noticed and asked about it. When I explained, she went out of her way to find lids for me! She was friendly, kind, and really made my visit so much better. Thank you, Mars, for the wonderful service!

On Saturday, January 24, 2026, I visited the Bath & Body Works store located in Midtown Mall, Saskatoon, to shop. During my visit, I tested several body cream products on my hand using the in-store testers. I was testing the products on my hands and smelling them, and then I completed my purchase. Approximately one hour later, the exact area where the cream had been applied and rubbed began to itch, and white, pus-filled blisters appeared. I immediately sought medical attention. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cashier was unfriendly and rude, which took away from an otherwise good experience.

Love the smell 🎄🥰...but does not foam great, (runny) likes to shoot across counter 😆
