Cheyenne or sheyenne I didn't get a chance to look at her name tag but I asked for her name, was amazing she was by herself but let the customers know thank you for your patience I will get to you momentarily, great customer service, she did amazing using both registers to make the line go quicker. They had what I needed, I will definitely come back again because of her

Went to pick up an online order, this store and staff are very poorly organized, they aren’t familiar with store policy, it took 3 people to figure one thing out. Supposedly there was only one line for purchasing and online order pickups. Every store I’ve been to this season has had 2 lines, most stores even have the online pickup located in front. I will first say be careful if you use the directions option on the company website. It directs you near the 7-11 by the street. Use Google. The location is actually back by the Target to the left if you are facing it. There were three people in the store. 2 were up front chatting and one back by the register. I wasn't greeted. I did ask where a item was that. I saw online. She posted to where it was at. The lady at thw checkout was working on something else. But did help me checkout. Service could have been a little better.... read more
