Yesterday I was in there shopping and I bought $127 worth of merchandise at the store. We walked out the bag ripped that came back. They replaced the candle that broke my daughter left a bag of wallflowers and room sprays in the store and I called back today they told me that they can’t do anything about it that I’d have to call mall security and that I can’t get my merchandise or like a replacement so I am not happy and I will not be doing business with you guys anymore. And the gentleman knew exactly what I bought
Your walls are disgusting, service is great but you're store is so filthy it makes me want to start cleaning when I walk in. Magic erasers go a long way. Great priducts.
Let me start off by saying I have never had a problem at BBW. I have been a loyal member for years today. I went into the Southlake Mall location and had the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I came into the store to pick up an online order, but before doing that, I shopped the Semi-Annual Sale and ended up spending $58.43 on sale items.
