I went to the BBW in Pace ,FL 12/29/25 . My daughter and I were returning a 20$ gift set. The employee returned the item and gave us a gift card. My daughter looked around and found a bottle of spray. We then proceeded to check out with the gift card they had just given us. The cashier told me she couldn't peel off the PIN I had to , so I did but if peel off the whole number and made the gift card no good. Love this place
My first order arrived broken and ruined the rest of the items in the shipment. Customer service reshipped it and assured me it would arrive before Christmas. Instead, it didn’t arrive until December 29th—and it was damaged again. Now they are refusing to reship or make it right. I’m out two orders, the gifts I needed, and have dealt with a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. I shop at this store weekly, but after this experience, they’ve lost a loyal customer.
