Bad customer experience tonight! After waiting for an exchange that was almost done they decided not to trade in and exchange items. But to low ball offer 3 bucks for items they sell everyday in the store! I will never shop this store again! They wasted my time! Don’t believe them when they say if you don’t like a scent bring it in and exchange! I’ll be a customer to Victoria secret and say goodbye to bath n body works
