good selection of products of course and they always advertise their deals well! i like that the recommendations employees give me are usually things i didn’t know bath and bodyworks had, while also not seeming like they’re pushing products on me. it’s an environment that feels okay to browse and sample in, letting you find the things you actually want to buy rather than pressuring you to shop.
Good stock of items regular and sale. Staff cheerful, helpful
Overall friendly and helpful staff. The store is always organized and well stocked. My only issue was that some people don’t seem to know the product and took their time finishing up conversations between themselves before ringing up customers when there was already a wait in line.
I live when Bath & Body have their 3 wick candles for $9.95 and their body care items for $4.95
I went in to Bath & Body Works to exchange a lotion I received as a birthday gift for a different item. Before doing the exchange, I asked the sales associate to check how much I could exchange it for. She asked if I wanted the refund back on the original card, and I told her no because it wasn’t my card — it was a gift. Unfortunately, she went ahead and processed the refund anyway, so the money went back to the person who purchased it. I didn’t get to make my exchange, and now the gift is gone.
