I was never really into fragrances—until I stepped into the Bath & Body Works at the Shoppes at Pembroke Gardens. This location completely changed my perspective. The staff here are truly exceptional. They explain the different scents with such passion and enthusiasm that it’s hard not to get excited with them. I love shopping at Pembroke Garden mall but I truly enjoyed my mother’s day shopping experience at bath and body when a sales rep names Ines came and helped me choose what I needed for my gift! She communicated with her team that she was helping me and asked for extra references when looking for a type of fragrance for me. Her helpfulness and willingness to find my perfect mother’s day gift was very satisfying and hard to find nowadays when everyone is in such a rush! Definitely coming back!
