This location is always so enjoyable! As someone who tends to get overstimulated, it’s not overwhelming with products. The store is always clean. I never feel rushed . The staff is always friendly and willing to answer as many questions as I ask (sometimes quite alot) and never seem to get irritated. I wish all locations felt this good! Sierra and Rachel were an absolute pleasure and truly made my long crazy day end on a much happier, and relaxed note!
I was lucky enough to get my mother's day gifts on sale!! Salespeople were great and very knowledgeable of the essences, and sales.
Horrible experience, I wanted to exchange an unused candle that had a crack in the glass and the “store manager” by the name of Hasan refused to accept my exchange. The first sentence in the return policy clearly states “At Bath & Body Works and White Barn stores in the US, we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return products purchased from us that are in new, gently used or defective condition” even after reading this back to him he still did not honor my exchange... read more
