The only reason I am leaving a 1/5 is because there is a certain employee, I really don't know her name, but she's been rude to my wife several times. Every time my wife walks in and she's there, its a mess. She is very biased with the customers prioritizing others when all my wife wants is to shop.

No me gustó la atención para nada!! Es una lástima porque compro mucho esta marca en mi ciudad, pero cuando fui aquí la semana pasada me ignoraron todo el tiempo. Solo iba a recoger una orden y por más que le hablé a la señorita que atendía las Pick Up Orders nunca volteó, fui a hablar con alguien mas (quién también estaba platicando) y su respuesta fue: vaya para allá ahorita la atienden así que me tocó esperar a que ambas terminaron su chisme para poder recoger mi orden
It’s always stocked up
I placed an order online for store pickup and it was just cancelled 3 hours later They sent me a generic email indicsting the order wss cancelled due to 1 of 3 reasons. They didnt specify which reason applied. The online store indicates the products were availsble at the Brownsville location. Please Bath and Body, GET UR ACT TOGETHER!! i will not be shopping online anytime soon.
