Someone in Ohio opened an account using my email address, and I’ve been trying to get the company to close that account for 2 years. I’ve called, emailed, and used their chat option, they tell me that there is a month wait to get my account closed but they never actually close the fake account.
Ladies helped find a gift for my wife in her taste. And Madison was plesant and very helpful.
Love the Balsam and Tree Farm candles for anytime of the year, they have the strongest long lasting smell of any of their candles that I've tried. Best to wait for sale pricing, which usually comes often.
We don’t have a Bath & Body Works in the Fairbanks, Alaska area. So I enjoy being able to go when I fly to Anchorage. I enjoy picking up a few things I need. However, I feel like the Anchorage store at Dimond Center is a bit crowded, it was difficult to navigate through the whole store. This was the first bath and body works I went to during my time in Anchorage, and man my experience here was amazing. When I came in the workers were so helpful and polite, they helped me find exactly what I was looking
