We don’t have a Bath & Body Works in the Fairbanks, Alaska area. So I enjoy being able to go when I fly to Anchorage. I enjoy picking up a few things I need. However, I feel like the Anchorage store at Dimond Center is a bit crowded, it was difficult to navigate through the whole store. This was the first bath and body works I went to during my time in Anchorage, and man my experience here was amazing. When I came in the workers were so helpful and polite, they helped me find exactly what I was looking

Came in today to find some body spray for my niece. A employee working at the diamond mall location continuously started spraying room spray into the area I was standing more then 9xs when I proceeded to move away she loves to another area I was in and began to do the same. When I proceeded to confront her and ask her to please stop. It's been excessive. She goes on to tell me about how her co workers don't like a smell that is lingering. I tried to make a return yesterday here but this worker was laughing at me. I don’t know if she was laughing because she thinks I’m stupid or if it’s because she’s being stupid. When I worked at h&M, I was able to make returns with just a membership. I won’t be coming back here again. Somebody please fix her attitude.
