I recently came shopping to this bath and bodies at yorkdale, and I asked this one employee, her badge label was Cassidy I believe, and she wasn’t rude per say, but I was met with an unbelievable amount of attitude just for asking her a question about where an item was. She barley made eye contact, I can tell she was frustrate, or i don’t know maybe tired. Barley said a word to me just pointed to where an item was, which wasn’t even the product i asked about.
