Love bath and body works. Passing by and had to stop to pick up goodies
Super bad customer service, called in to ask if they had specific perfumes and they said yes, walked into store and they had none of the ones I asked for. No one helped us no nothing!
I could never give less than 5 stars for this place.
After placing online order for the Disney accessories was told at pick up that they had already sold out and they were just offering a refund. Disgusting service. Instead they should have placed these orders on back order. Wont be shopping here again! Considering i was a weekly shopper.
Amazing store! It takes a time but its great! For those people that are complaining about the "100% guaranteed" that doesnt exist anymore the policy changed a while ago, because a lot people were taking advantage of the store.
