Was a beautiful store wish my store by my house was as big as this one ..🤣
Went into the Carrollton store to do a little shopping and see what the sales were. My family and I ended our shopping early because it was so extremely cold in the store. When I brought it up and told the associate she was super kind and said sorry while another one said “I don't care, I like this temperature. I can't stay out of this store...love it
Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. The associate was checking someone out for a total of 10 minutes. But when I say checking her out she was really letting the woman stand there and smell every perfume on the counter. I understand recommending new products, I’ve worked in retail before. But if you see another customer waiting behind someone, at least offer to open another register or at least attempt to shorten the process with your current customer.
