Bri is AMAZING. I had a really bad experience at the bath and body on Cheyenne Mtn Rd, and Bri took the time to listen to what happened and made that managers mistake, right. She was attentive to listening to my concerns, and making sure I knew that was not how business is held at the Chapel Hills location. A mistake that was not hers, she took no time to make things right and I hope she stays a manager and is able to move up in this company. Thanks again Bri!
This place is my ultimate FAVORITE place in the whole world!!!! From the time you enter to the time you leave is a great experience. A pon entering the smells are phenomenal the customer service is amazing they will answer any questions you have they even let you test the products. Their app is easy to navigate and find are order what you want plus you can earn points to build up to a free item I could go on for days about this wonderful place but it's better to experience it in person.
