I truly love going into this store even though I'm closer to the south store! The workers always help with making choices. Karen has been the one to help me a few times . Totally love her personality and she helped me buy items I normally wouldn't of picked up! But loved them so happy to have her help me make up my mind.
So normally this is my go to store in the mall... not sure if they are a newer staff but I just waited in line for 9 minutes.... with one cashier and like 5 other employees working on the floor... not sure why no one wanted to help at the register but I will not be returning to this location. I'll just go the.one at the Shops at Briargate. If a manager reads this PLEASE talk yo your staff about not letting people wait longer than 5 minutes because you only have one person at the register... seems so silly to lose business be... read more
Employees are really nice and it’s a clean place to shop. This issue is I had a return, was bought just days prior, had receipt. Girl who claimed to be the store manager said it would only allow store credit. I know their return policy and wasn’t sure why as I paid cash originally so I asked and she said “I don’t know but it’s all I can do” I understand when systems are being weird but there was no problem solving.
