The staff here are horribly inconsiderate! My mother and I came into buy multiple hand soap refills, to which the cashier provided us with 1 paper bag. We were skeptical but we trusted the cashiers intent. This was a mistake. The bag completely broke in the middle of the mall and if a Good Samaritan hadn’t offered us a bag, we would have been unable to carry all the items. Lack of customer service!! The old white lady standing in the front of the store has a horrible attitude! If you don't like your job, GO HOME
I visited their location at Markville mall for the first time, I had to take some gifts for my friends and family and man o man “THE STAFF” was so polite and helpful. They were all up and helping me with the gifts. I got a lot of stuff, they had couple of deals like 6 sanitizers for $12 and Per hand soap for around 4$, Even buy 3 get 1 free. They also had cute little disney princess collection. I meann that store was clean and smelling so good. And the staff was 10 on 10. Totally loved the experience 🫶
