BEWARE OF ONLINE ORDERS WITH BATH AND BODY WORKS. Quick and to the point this will be. Online order; 1st attempt placed online, took all my info including payment. The website blanked off with no confirmation number, no email. Next day I call in got a person. She said ok I’ll get it ordered no problem. Everyone was awesome
Some of the Employees gave off very poor customer service. My family and I were not greeted when we walked in, not asked if we needed any assistance, and was not advised about any deals. There were a group of employees (about 3) in a circle talking amongst themselves while other employees were actually working (stocking or checking out customers).
