I went to this store to do a return and an exchange. The cashier kindly helped me replace a broken candle holder that was shipped to me and completed my return of gifts I did not want. The store was cozy, well kept, and had nice organized displays throughout!

Just wanted to say thank you to Tia who was working the register on today. I had a bopis order and had some questions about it. she assisted me with a smile, answered my questions without hesitation!there is still great customer service out here! Thank you Tia

It would be great if customers received a text before picking up an online order advising them that an item(s) is not available. It's aggravating to be handed your bag and it's missing something. When the order is placed it says the item is in stock.

Everyone please don't go to this Bath & Body Works location ( Bath & Body Works at Savannah Tanger Outlets in Pooler, Ga). I've been a reward member for a long time and I've been shopping at multiple locations. This location in particular is providing a horrible customer service especially when I need to exchange the products and when I wanted to use my reward(s). They're not happy about that and gave me attitude while other locations would glad to do what they can to ensure every customer happy.
