I am so used to being greeted and helped by sales associates at other Bath and Body Works locations that it was jarring to be completely ignored at this location. The sales associates on the floor did not even look at customers, much less talk to us, although they were spending time socializing with each other. The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. There was only one cashier working, while several other employees were standing around chatting instead of helping customers. When I tried to assist another customer, the cashier interrupted me just to repeat what I had already said, and then showed a rude attitude when it was time for me to pay. For management reference, the employee’s ID number is 3955628. Because of this experience, I’ll be going out of my way to visit the Wheaton location instead.

I was here around 3:30 PM and waiting in line to check out. There were three cashiers assisting customers. One of them, a short Black girl with glasses, was very uninviting and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I was supposed to be next in line, but when I approached the register, she told me I wasn't next and instead called another female customer who was behind me. On top of that, her tone was extremely disrespectful. Overall, it was terrible customer service and a very uncomfortable experience.
