The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. There was only one cashier working, while several other employees were standing around chatting instead of helping customers. When I tried to assist another customer, the cashier interrupted me just to repeat what I had already said, and then showed a rude attitude when it was time for me to pay. For management reference, the employee’s ID number is 3955628. Because of this experience, I’ll be going out of my way to visit the Wheaton location instead.
