one of the workers i was being very kind to had accused me of stealing while i was just shopping back in february. never said anything about since but still to this day i feel very targeted and embarrassed
Attitude of reception can't accepted
Rude, rude, rude all around! I went in to redeem 2 rewards that were getting ready to expire, and while I was waiting in line the cashier who’s name was Katie (cashier #3933917) I believe didn’t even say a word she just pointed for me to come to the counter. I approach the counter and she’s having a full blown conversation with her coworker, doesn’t greet me or say hi, and when I entered my phone number to link my account for my rewards she rudely says “do you even have a number with us?” Because apparently she couldn’t find... read more
Worse customer experience I have had! When asking where an item was, she old point in a general direction. Couldn’t bother to show me. No smiles and acted as though I was more of an imposition than a valued customer! Wouldn’t go back there for any reason even if they were giving things away. They are definitely not giving things away!! A travel size hand cream, maybe 1 oz, $8.95!!
