What happened to this location?? Its in a crappy little space downstairs now. But the workers there used to be so friendly! The staff at this location are so rude and unfriendly. This is not the BBW at the Upper Canada Mall I remember.
It would be great if this listing was updated with the temporary location AND the fact that the temporary location is closed as well.
Morgan was so helpful and kind today when I was shopping for soaps, usually staff is pushy and I find it awkward to be greeted so I avoid it but Morgan was very personable and made it comfortable when showing me scents and helping me pick out a few.
Bought the 6 for $12 hand sanitizers from here, definitely worth it!
Horrible experience. At checkout, the paper receipt machine was out, and the cashier told me that my purchase would be saved on my account so I wouldn’t need a paper receipt. The next day, when I went back to return the item, they refused to accept the return and told me that the email linked to my account is only used for advertising purposes. I was given completely misleading information, and the customer service was very disappointing.
