I have been to this store multiple times. The customer service is a hit or miss here. I was here on Monday July 21st 2025 around 07:30pm and had the worst experience ever in any of the Bath and body works in GTA. There were 2 young girls with zero customer service skills. They didn't bother that I was there and when I asked to help me with some candles, one of them told to go look around. If that was the case why would I ask for help for some recommendations. Excellent service and staff available on hand to help you great quality and quantity of products to choose from. I always shop twice a year at the SAS sale just because I get all my favourites at a great price. Very highly recommended.
Long lasting fragrance... candles, air freshener and wallflowers..
Picked up some Wal Flowers on April 10. The sales associate ( I think her name was Jenna) was welcoming and very helpful. She had the patience of a saint while helping me choose what are now my favorite scents.
