Horrible experience. At checkout, the paper receipt machine was out, and the cashier told me that my purchase would be saved on my account so I wouldn’t need a paper receipt. The next day, when I went back to return the item, they refused to accept the return and told me that the email linked to my account is only used for advertising purposes. I was given completely misleading information, and the customer service was very disappointing.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff couldn’t even process a simple exchange. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’ll never shop here again.
There is a cockroach in my home fragrance refill, when I called to report this they asked if I would like to place another order for one of their new scents and I pay out of pocket. This was not taken seriously as they kept referring to it as a damaged item. This is an infestation issue and I stressed that to them but it seemed of no concern. This is very disturbing.
Went to Upper Canada Mall yesterday for semiannual sale. Store was very organized and clean. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly as always. Excellent service!
