I went in on Monday anround noon and the cashier, Jenna and the manager on duty was super rude and unprofessional. Not helpful whatsoever. It didn’t make me feel comfortable or welcome whatsoever. Bath and body needs to do better. I won’t be going here anymore

I came in to exchange a few unused items at Upper Canada to find out that they wouldn’t do it for me as it is their “policy.” … I go to Scarborough town centre and they willingly without any hesitation do an exchange for me. You would think all stores would follow the same policy and would want a happy customer but the unprofessional and rude employees at upper Canada could care less. I would give zero stars if I could for Upper Canada Mall’s Bath and Body Works customer service. I have been a loyal online customer for over 8 years as I live an hour away from the closest store. I had to exchange products I purchased online in store (unfortunately). The management and sales associates at this location need to be educated on what customer service is as they are extremely unprofessional. 4 different sales associates all with different store policies.
