I was at Upper Canada Mall location asked the sales lady for a specific candle scent..she said I will check in the back...I happened to find it myself .When she returned I told her they are right there! She was of no help. I told her should you not know what you have in the store since you work here?
I have been to this store multiple times. The customer service is a hit or miss here. I was here on Monday July 21st 2025 around 07:30pm and had the worst experience ever in any of the Bath and body works in GTA. There were 2 young girls with zero customer service skills. They didn't bother that I was there and when I asked to help me with some candles, one of them told to go look around. If that was the case why would I ask for help for some recommendations. I love the selection! Love the customer service!They often have in store what they don’t have online - so, that convenience is wonderful. 🤓
Excellent service and staff available on hand to help you great quality and quantity of products to choose from. I always shop twice a year at the SAS sale just because I get all my favourites at a great price. Very highly recommended.
