Worst experience ever I asked the guy to exchange The perfume and instead of exchanging them, they return it and make me buy it over again, which is ridiculous. You can’t just exchange and then tell him we’ll just exchange it without a receipt. No, they can’t do that any longer. I will absolutely never shop at Bath & Body Works again this is the fourth time that they’ve screwed up my orders.
