Worst experience ever I asked the guy to exchange The perfume and instead of exchanging them, they return it and make me buy it over again, which is ridiculous. You can’t just exchange and then tell him we’ll just exchange it without a receipt. No, they can’t do that any longer. I will absolutely never shop at Bath & Body Works again this is the fourth time that they’ve screwed up my orders. it has been over a month and they still have not returned my money
Went there one day couldn't remember my pin. The lady was kind. The next day came back three works laughed it's the dyslexia girl.
