Very disappointed with my experience at this Bath & Body Works location. While the products themselves are great, the customer service completely took away from the experience. The staff came across as unwelcoming and overly pushy, constantly approaching customers in a way that felt more like pressure than genuine assistance. I also overheard some of the older staff members speaking negatively about a coworker and rolling their eyes, which was disappointing to see from a workplace environment. the one girl on cash yesterday was so nice she complemented me and was so kind and gorgeous!! she was working in the evening sometime between 5-8
the employee named rebecca is rude and sprayed me in the eye with perfume. will not be returning.
