The front staff were very sweet and helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, our interaction with the cashier, Tanya, left a negative impression. When we politely asked if an item was included in our bag, she didn’t respond—just pulled the bag toward her to check and tossed the item in without a word or acknowledgment. It felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Everyone has tough days, but a little kindness goes a long way.
I have gone into this location multiple times and every time I have had an amazing experience, I have been helped 3 different times by an outstanding employee named Amanda, it felt like she went above and beyond to help my friend and I each time and we greatly appreciated her assistance, she was kind, and friendly, out of all the workers i have come across she was by far the best, and she has such a contagious smile!
