Should have a sign for your "online pick up" shouldn't have to stand in line and then be told "oh its over there and there was never a sign or a person waiting besides the person infront who also was in you "in-store shopping"

It was a busy lunch hour, there were 4 or 5 gals behind counter but only one gal was taking care of online pickups. I was 3rd in line and there were people behind me. Finally, another gal came to the other register when I said "why doesn't somebody help her?" In fact she was the only gal smiling or pleasant. The rest of them - not so much. I'm sure I'll change my review after I return because I've always experienced stellar customer service here. And I know so will again. Just not this time.
