Whoever the blonde-haired woman with glasses was provided extremely poor customer service. In the middle of me asking a question, she walked away without a response. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. I can’t help but wonder if I was stereotyped as someone who wasn’t going to make a purchase—despite leaving with a $147 receipt.

The person that was in charge of this line spent an incredible amount of time examining a candle and putting things into a bag and did not so much as look up at me and acknowledge my existence.
