I spend a lot of money there - it would be nice if the cashier (mary) could at least say hello and thank you when doing transactions - I pointed it out and she just sat there and stared at me no acknowledgement that she didn’t say hello or thank you and just pushed my bag at me when done… and she continued to be just as rude to her next customer (my sister) Maybe train your employees to greet customers and to be friendly? Display with a prominent “Buy 3 Get 1 Free” sign on top. We take 4 items from the display and are charged for all 4. I point this out and the register person initially acts completely lost, then says that one of the items doesn’t qualify. I show her exactly where it came from - lots more of the same item in the exact same display. She shrugs and my daughter is so worried that I’ll make a scene that she pays full freight before I have a chance to argue any more. What a sad combination of scamminess and dumb service people. :(
After first speaking with a very nasty and unhelpful person on the phone, I was extremely relieved to then speak with Lisa Courneya at the Bath & Body Works in Dulles Town Center (Sterling, VA). Whoever the blonde-haired woman with glasses was provided extremely poor customer service. In the middle of me asking a question, she walked away without a response. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. I can’t help but wonder if I was stereotyped as someone who wasn’t going to make a purchase—despite leaving with a $147 receipt.
