Been coming here for over 6 years now and truly have never had a bad experience at this location. The deals are absolutely amazing, the store is clean and neat, the staff is absolutely wonderful and so kind! Able to ask questions without feeling like your bothering them, the lady who greets you at the door will usually (if not always) tell you their ongoing deals and such. Always friendly staff, well stocked shelves, online orders ready and they make it so easy and fast. Love all the scents and selection. Sales are the best time to buy especially when you have the app.
Fabi is absolutely amazing. Tonight a little after 8pm I stopped in about 20 minutes before closing, needed some wall fragrances, lotion, etc. At checkout exchanged friendly professional banter with me. I could see a lot of items were sold this day. Suddenly the system went down when I paid, took maybe about 5 minutes for it to give us that indication, while my bank notified me right away for every transaction.
