I had a very disappointing experience at this Bath & Body Works store. I stopped by this location after coming straight from the hospital, hoping to relax and enjoy some shopping. While I was smelling candles, I placed my shopping basket on the floor next to me. A staff member with red hair approached me and told me that baskets were not allowed on the floor. Had a great experience today when it opened this morning before Mother's Day.I think I was the only guy there, but whatever, the employees where so more than helpful all around. I lucked out shopping late for Mother's Day, but it worked out and again, a great store & prices.
