I had a very disappointing experience at this Bath & Body Works store. I stopped by this location after coming straight from the hospital, hoping to relax and enjoy some shopping. While I was smelling candles, I placed my shopping basket on the floor next to me. A staff member with red hair approached me and told me that baskets were not allowed on the floor.
