My favorite men's scent was discontinued and Bath and Body Works brought it back. Whiskey Reserve! This scent smells so good and it's potent. You can smell him throughout the entire house. B&BW tried to replace it with a less fragrant Whiskey Toast. It was okay, but the scent doesn't last. So happy they put Whiskey Reserve back in their lineup. I hope it's here to stay.
I just want to shout out Kathie because she was absolutely amazing when I checked out. She was so kind and charismatic at the register that even my mom and I were talking afterward about how great she was! She made the whole experience feel so welcoming and fun, and honestly, she’s the reason I’ll be coming back again. It’s not every day you meet someone who makes such a simple interaction stand out, but Kathie really did.
Stacy was so kind and funny when helping me with a return. The store is well organized and stocked. The other employees were also very friendly. Overall a great vibe of this store.
