Staff is way rude and shows racism.
Staff are all super friendly
Store manager Jessica is way too rude to coustomers and kind of racist to people which was very disturbing and I can't forget about it. That was really very bad and I cannot still forget about that incident. Really disturbed my mental health
I recently had an extremely troubling experience at the Bath & Body Works in Thunder Bay Mall involving the manager, Jessica. While waiting in line, she bypassed us and served the people behind us. When it was our turn, she left the counter without a word, clearly displaying an attitude of disgust towards us. This behavior was blatantly discriminatory and racist.
