Went in to buy something, waited in line for several minutes, and when it was my turn the cashier told me there was "1 line" on the other side of the store. If you have 1 line, then it should be obvious, and there was no rope or anything barring people from waiting in line behind the multiple registers. There were multiple cashiers and multiple employees standing around doing nothing. Service like this is why retail is dying. Also, why is all the Halloween stuff put out so early?

Walking into Bath & Body Works at Columbia Mall was like stepping into a cinnamon-scented fever dream I couldn’t escape. The store smelled like someone spilled a pumpkin spice latte, lit it on fire, and then tried to cover it up with 400 different “fresh linen” candles. My nose is still filing a restraining order. Horrible experience!!! Let me just say I have been a customer for over 20 yrs and I have seen a decline in customer service. I went to the store in Columbia, Maryland to take advantage of the sale on soap and to use coupons. I was told l could not use my coupons as the system indicates I already used them. As I explained if I had used them I would not still have them as the cashiers take them during the transaction. I asked to speak to the customer service manager who was right at the register.
