Absolutely terrible experience at this Bath & Body Works. The store manager, Massi, was unbelievably rude, condescending, and acted like speaking to customers was some huge inconvenience to her. The attitude was completely unnecessary and honestly embarrassing for someone who is supposed to be managing a customer-service business.
