Very poor customer service. The bigger girl at the door was very selective at who she greets. I asked a question about the semi annual sale and a specific item and she laughed at my question and said, those usually sell out first, with an attitude…. as if I knew that. I decided to go ahead and purchase online rather then purchase from this location
Very poor customer service.They are very selective on who they greet and aren't very helpful.They huddle around each other when the focus should be on the customer. Either way I avoid this location at all cost! New managers/ training is really necessary at this location.
Been coming to this location for a number of years and its almost always a good experience. The employees are usually very prompt and kind.
