Every time i’ve been here, the workers have been lovely. they’re very helpful. i went in a described what i typically like and they helped me find something similar. will continue to come back.
while shopping I had one employee not leave me alone even after telling her I'm fine I don't need help. She continues anyways and after I told her what I already had and preferred she argued that the products I had wasn't b&bw even though I bought it from the b&be in firewheel mall she then begins to say are you sure you didn't go to a off brand store to get those. I GO TO B&BW EVERYTIME I LEAVE BARNS AND NOBLE IN THE FIREWHEEL MALL BUT SHE CONTINUES TO ARGUE WITH ME.
I bought $300 online came to pick up….they redeemed my points and they weren’t supposed to use them on sale items….worker told me to call customer service and they were of no help…neither one of us could understand what the other was saying because he was a foreigner 🙄 not coming to this store again🤬
