everyone is so helpful~The manager does an excellent job and I love going there~ I have never had a negative experience there! Will continue to shop there till Im older and grayer~
still my #1 store but that new manager since the new store open In the Gadsden Mall Is not friendly and did not treat me well at all
I went for the $3 lotion sale, only to find that the store was not participating in the sale! Even tho it said on their Facebook that they were. Then one of the sales ladies proceed to inform me i could buy 5 for $25.. Why in the world would i spend $2 more per lotion! If they advertised a sale they should honor it. I will not go back to the Gadsden location.
False advertising I went for the $3 lotion sale and this store was not doing it. Even though it showed on their Facebook page they were! They should honor the sale for the people who came for it since the Gadsden location was advertising on Facebook!
Love love the store and all the good smells they have to offer! ! I always buy my friends something from the store and of course something for myself !
Visited tonight and the ladies were so sweet! Keep up the great customer service!
