The managers are extremely rude, discriminatory, and racist. If they see that customers are Latino, they cancel their orders even after they have already been paid for. They simply tell you that they will not give you your products because it is supposedly Bath & Body Works policy not to sell to Mexican people. This is racist and discriminatory—to deny people products they have already paid for based on their ethnicity.
