⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife loves Bath & Body Works, and we stopped by this location while celebrating our 37th anniversary. We had the privilege of meeting Miss Ingrid. Right when we walked in, she made us feel incredibly welcome. She took the time to explain the products to us and provided very nice customer service. We felt just like family! Five stars!
As someone who works in the Customer Service industry, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the way Jamie treated us. My partner and I had two separate orders so we stood in line separately, the woman who helped me was really sweet, but Jamie was completely disrespectful as well as rude to my partner. He went to put my phone number in, which she instructed him to do (basically demanded), he hit a wrong button and put in a different phone number.
