As someone who works in the Customer Service industry, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the way Jamie treated us. My partner and I had two separate orders so we stood in line separately, the woman who helped me was really sweet, but Jamie was completely disrespectful as well as rude to my partner. He went to put my phone number in, which she instructed him to do (basically demanded), he hit a wrong button and put in a different phone number. I had a great experience at Bath & Body Works thanks to Autumn. She assisted me right away, was very friendly, and made sure I found everything I needed. Excellent customer service!
They charged us for another person's items. We spent 8 bucks on one item and I got charged that plus someone else's 52.40 items. I contacted their customer service and they said go to the store. We call the store and they said to come. The manager says they cannot do anything without a receipt. How would we have a receipt for someone else's items..?
