Hey there, I just wanted to share a recent experience at your Locust Grove location. My daughter came in to exchange a hand soap she had purchased just a couple of days prior (with receipt), as she didn’t like the scent after trying it once. Unfortunately, the interaction at checkout was uncomfortable.
