Had a pick up order for today and a replacement items. At the time store Manager was working the register and her attitude was atrocious, unprofessional and hostile towards me. I want to say it felt disrespectful and unfairly treated. I did in fact reported this unethical behavior to bath & body works headquarters. They offer $10 for unfairly treated by store manager, so I declined the $10 credit, because money can't buy sincere ethics and professionalism when dealing with the public.
