Everything, what is not to love about this place...they have great deals on all your favorite things...all the time. Then they send you coupons if you give them your email address and if you are smart you can stock up during the special times of year sales that they have...for yourself or for gifts. Truly love this store, you will run out of space at your home if your not careful lol
One of the girls working today followed my husband and I around the store like we were criminals while we were shopping. In total we were purchasing $55+ worth of stuff. They also denied our coupons so we cancelled our whole purchase. The girl who followed us just stared at us while we were first attempting to make our purchase with coupons.
They follow certain people around and honestly, it's getting old.
Totally upset with Bath and body. Discontinued my scrub with NO warning! Changed the product and just expect the customer to accept. I've been a customer for YEARS! Now I have to find another store that will make a lavender vanilla sugar scrub!
