The staff were friendly and the Disney princess products were interesting and fun to try.

My favorite location, all of the employees here are awesome!!! They don’t get enough credit for how hard they work & for putting up with difficult people, especially on these launch collaboration days!!
The staff here is inconsistent. You might have a good experience or you might not depending on who is working when you come in. There were two young girls that assisted me and one claimed to be a manager, but didn’t act like it. I came into swap a product and had an amazing experience at a different Bath and body, and then came here and was treated like I was a criminal for trying to trade a product that was worth the same amount or offering to pay the extra if there was a difference.
