If I could leave less than one star, I would. I visited this location to exchange defective items and fragrances I didn't like, but I was met with immediate attitude from the manager, who began whispering into her walkie-talkie and making me feel watched. At the register, I faced further hostility regarding the return policy, with staff demanding receipts for gifts and refusing even exchanges for items I did have proof of purchase for.
