GRACE provided excellent service. She helped me look up my points with my email address. She has an amazing smile and warm personality. No one acknowledged me when I came in or bothered to say good bye when I left; except for Grace. This is the nearest store of any location. It’s close to my home. Very poor phone etiquette! I called to see if they had something in stock. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, no one came back to the phone, so I hung up. Tried calling back and it rang and rang no one answered. I will never shop that store!
