The employees here are VERY rude. I am a 50 year old lady with spinal stenosis. I don’t go to the mall but maybe once a year. I wanted to exchange gifts I received and didn’t like. Online it states you can exchange items without a receipt. The ladies in the store said absolutely NOT. The ladies made me feel like I was a thief and doing something wrong.
