Genuinely so rude. There’s was a lazy woman who answered the phone and not only was shw so short with me but she was loud AND wrong about the info she gave me. I asked if it’s possible to look up past in store purchases and she said “no” and smartly told me to check my debit card history. I called another store and guess what! It IS possible to look up old transactions. Idk if she’s new or just didn’t want to help me but these people need to get it together. Esp after being so polite to them. The employees here are VERY rude. I am a 50 year old lady with spinal stenosis. I don’t go to the mall but maybe once a year. I wanted to exchange gifts I received and didn’t like. Online it states you can exchange items without a receipt. The ladies in the store said absolutely NOT. The ladies made me feel like I was a thief and doing something wrong.
