THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I had went in to do a simple exchange of body wash I had purchased accidentally online and I just wanted to exchange them for lotion which was the SAME price. I even called before to make sure it would be an easy process. Instead of swapping the body wash out, they returned the money to my card without even telling me. Then the store manager Lisa came over and was extremely rude to me. I remained calm while she kept talking over me. She even had the nerve to say "your mouth keeps moving."
