this Bath and body Works has incredible service from everyone in the store. there is no shortage of friendly faces to help you find the scents you're looking for or to just have a friendly conversation with while shopping. Tempest especially was a huge help, my husband was looking to buy me a cute Halloween candle holder and she helped us out by saying we can just order online and she will get our order ready right then and there. I went to this location yesterday, and it’s my favorite place in the mall to shop. The cashiers are very friendly, but they were each working two registers at the same time. Are the job requirements working two roles for the price of one? I understand the line gets long, but it’s a bizarre experience when the cashier is stopping your transaction to scan/bag the items for the person next to you. I placed an order online for my wife to pick up since she loves shopping at Bath & Body Works stores. Order was picked up at Holyoke, Ma. location and she had no issues picking up her order and staff were friendly to her as always are at this location. I would recommend it to everyone…
Thank you so much for making my birthday such a wonderful one! Love what i was able to get as gifts!!! I absolutely love the "in the STARS" scent! Of course all the hand sanitizers as well! Always a blessing to have great smelling hand sanitizers!!!! Thank you!!!!
