Do better Bath & Body Works. You advertised a 19.95 bundle but people are unable to purchase it because the blue bag is not available for shipping. I can't do a pickup without the blue bag being in my cart and the Bath & Body Works in Jersey Gardens Mall in New Jersey would not allow me to buy my products when I got to the register for the sale price because they were out of the blue bags even though I insisted I did not need the blue bags.

I went to the Jersey Gardens location to get gifts for my mom and I received great service. William was a gentleman and brought me a shopping basket when he saw that my hands were full. When checking out, I was assisted by Evelyn and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She made sure my order was correct and she made sure I received my points. She was friendly and her energy was genuine. Thank you so much ♥️.

Lisa was absolutely amazing!! She helped me to pick out a lovely bath & body trio for Valentine’s Day and it was my first time in the store but she made me and my boyfriend feel right at home. I will be coming back here. thank you, Lisa you are great!!!
