I placed an order and when I checked out it showed someone else's name.. I tried to cancel the order and it wouldn't let me. I immediately called and visited with a company representative (I think) and was told the order would be cancelled. Low and behold the order showed up on my door step. I was unable to return with the driver as it didn't have a name on the box where it came from. I got charged for this order anyway. I tried to dispute the charge and the payment company wouldn't.
