About a year ago I had a bad experience with customer service, and Gabe made up for it in a big way. Since then, I’ve been going in, mostly for order pickups, and the customer service has always been top-notch. I’ve seen Gabe a few more times and he is a true customer service superstar. In fact, all the staff that I’ve dealt with over there have been helpful and kind. I live in Ventura but this is my favorite location. Great after Christmas sale
I had a such a great experience with the team & manager at the BBW Thousand Oaks store! I was in need of buying holiday gifts and wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted to gift and honestly what BBW had to offer. After working with the staff, and especially their manager Gabe, I was able to get gifts that were perfect for the people on my list (and some for myself!). I love coming to this store. Everyone is so wonderful, especially Gabe. He always remembers my face which makes me feel so special. He really listens to what I’m looking for. If he’s not there any of the staff that has helped me has always been kind and helpful.
