Great experience at the Bath & Body Works at Ontario Mills. The store was busy but well-organized, with 75% and 50% off deals. Samantha was very helpful and recommended a complete body-care set that was on sale. I picked up several items that would make great gifts. Friendly service and a smooth checkout — I’d definitely shop here again.
The workers here are so disrespectful, I put all of my items back and I left. I hope they can improve
I obviously know it’s very busy because of the holidays + 4.95 sale, however the female cashier with long curly hair is very impatient and kept rolling her eyes she expected me to hurry up and do it fast but I couldn’t because too many people were in my way it was severely crowded, did she want me to push into people?
Absolutely love this store! Staff is always cheerful and helpful. My problem is I need to stop shopping, the rewards program keeps me coming back!!!
I understand that the holiday season is a busy time, and I always try to be patient. However, tonight during my recent visit, my family including my special needs child was singled out in a way that made us extremely uncomfortable. While we were checking out, we were told to stand away from the registers, and only my wife was allowed to remain at the counter to pay.
