Went several months back and an associate walked up tried hitting on my partner while I had stepped away and when I called for him to come look at something, she stankfaced me, looked me up and down, and then went to her coworker to whisper and laugh at us. Shameful associates.

They essentially stole my gift card while shopping in-person at this store. Incompetent cashier ran my card 3 times, asked 2 other employees for help because she had no clue what to do with a $25 B&BW gift card. Then refused to give me the products because their system malfunctioned and my receipt didn’t print. Walked out annoyed. And that number on the back of the gift card didn’t result in anything since I reported it over a month ago.
