In hopes that this reaches corporate or whoever it needs to reach that is not customer service to get your attention!!!! I am well aware of how early access works for VIP members because I am one, that it opens up at 6am online and that you can't buy to pick up in store because it doesn't give you that option and that it's online only, as it states when ever a drop or collaboration comes. Walking into the Bath & Body Works in Lima feels less like shopping and more like being welcomed by friends. Jayden and Denise were fantastic they answered every question, pointed out the best deals, and delivered top-tier customer service without missing a beat. Sure, I could shop online, but you can't smell candles through a screen (yet). Pair the hands on experience with an A+ team, and this is easily my favorite Bath & Body Works location.
The people there are always warm welcoming, friendly and always ask if you need any help. The set ups are always beautiful and it's just one of my favorite stores to go to. 10/10 recommend
