the fragrances are amazing
Different fragrances customers service variety prices and today only deals
Here I am, up at 6:30 a.m., to be here for when they open at 7:00 a.m. (on an off day) (as it says online, and when I called yesterday to confirm) and now I’m here with a line full of rritated ladies (😂 funny but I’m still mad) and they announce they won’t be opening until 8:00 a.m. now. I could have been at any other Bathandbodyworks that’s actually open... I could have my candles. I’m a highly irritated customer right now!!!! (along with the ladies) 😡😡😡
Very rude white clerks.not greeted or helped.wont be going back
My sister and I were in the store when the mall was evacuated today. The employees there were so calm and professional with everything going on! They helped everyone out the back door and led us outside. The girl who greeted us at the door when we first walked in (who also remembered us from our last visit) was also outside with us and made sure we were okay! This is, hands down, my favorite store.❤️
Was so thankful for the ladies in the Northlake store this morning. They were so sweet and friendly and absolutely made my day. Thanks for being so personable and for the surprise coupon :)
