I’ve visited this location within the last month, and unfortunately, I received some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I simply asked when the fall sale would be taking place. I completely understand if the employees didn’t have that information available, but the attitude and way I was spoken to were unnecessary and disappointing. Staff is very friendly and helpful at this location. There’s a wide selection of products and good sales on hand soap and room scents (my usual purchases). Rachel and the younger blonde employee (I think her name was Katie but I’m not 100% certain) were both super helpful! I wish there was a little more room between fixtures, since my partner is a wheelchair user and usually has to skip coming in so we don’t accidentally knock anything over.
