Great staff and awesome mandalorian collection
Staff is very friendly and helpful at this location. There’s a wide selection of products and good sales on hand soap and room scents (my usual purchases). Rachel and the younger blonde employee (I think her name was Katie but I’m not 100% certain) were both super helpful! I wish there was a little more room between fixtures, since my partner is a wheelchair user and usually has to skip coming in so we don’t accidentally knock anything over. Giving this location one star because I am unable to give zero. Horrible customer service, this is the SECOND time I try to redeem rewards I see both on app and website and they say I have none. I love bath & body works... But every time I go to this particular location the employees are rude.. Almost every time! Today i asked about their deals for clarity and the lady sarcastically told me it's the best she could do , as if to say take it or leave it.. All I did was ask a question... It made me put my stuff back... A time before that..
