I like the help this store provides. When you walk in, they greet and offer to help. To me, that is big. Thank you to the helpful employees!
Every time I walk into the store, I am just about to lose my mind. They have some of the best sales and they will get all of your money. I would suggest you not go in the store unless you're ready to spend your money because you will in here or I just have issues of my own and I just cannot resist.
Stopped in on my lunch break to grab a few wallflowers and was immediately made to feel uncomfortable, as if I were doing something wrong. Despite asking for space, an associate continued hovering and even looked into my basket. I work in the same mall and had my name badge on—this was a disappointing example of customer service.
