Every time I walk into the store, I am just about to lose my mind. They have some of the best sales and they will get all of your money. I would suggest you not go in the store unless you're ready to spend your money because you will in here or I just have issues of my own and I just cannot resist.
Stopped in on my lunch break to grab a few wallflowers and was immediately made to feel uncomfortable, as if I were doing something wrong. Despite asking for space, an associate continued hovering and even looked into my basket. I work in the same mall and had my name badge on—this was a disappointing example of customer service.
Amazing smells there, and the service were wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had everything well stocked and in its place! HUGE SELECTION OF COURSE!
The greeter watched us the entire time and was not helpful at all. Friday 3:54pm. Didn't feel welcome at all. Won't return to the hixson location.
